Monthly Poparts Meeting time will change to 4th Tuesday of each month (2021 onward) c. Thankyous to Trivia Night donors - in progress with Monique d. Getting quotes for jazz bass - in progress with Monique e. Bunnings donation for next Poparts Raffle of Esky full of goods - received (collected by Kate, in Poparts cupboard) f. Bunnings BBQ – date for Poparts’ is Sunday November 8 Correspondence – Executive Committee Annie from Bunnings (email)– BBQ date confirmed Arts Report - HOD Arts a. Friday night concert went well. Awaiting videography.

b. Junior Music Camp well-run and well-received.

c. Artist in Residence excursion last week was enjoyable.

d. Upcoming community workshops: Ceramic Earrings & Clay Sculpture e. Buying available secondhand Jazz Bass – school requires more quotes of comparable ones before considering Motion to accept HOD report

Chairperson’s Report – Chairperson a. Thermomix Raffle – a few tickets left to sell; could make around $3500 for Poparts. b. Poparts Meeting dates change – to 4th Tuesday of the month (from 2021 onward) c. Bunnings Esky Raffle – received esky with bundle of goods; will put Raffle online and also advertise it at the end of year concert (Fri Nov 13); will be drawn Friday December 4.
