EVP – Elite Volleyball Program
EVP uniform items (jerseys, caps, singlets, playing shorts/socks, etc.) are ordered separately from other uniform items, on their own ordering window.
The EVP Committee supports students participating in the Elite Volleyball Program at the school and helps develop a “school spirit” in their activities.
The committee provides additional sports coaching, elite sports camps, an annual Sports Dinner, uniforms and equipment. Funds are raised through barbeques at sporting events and the kiosk in the sports hall during the Premier Volleyball League season and special events.

What is the Elite Volleyball Program (EVP)?
EVP is The Gap State High School’s program for students who are serious about volleyball. It builds strong volleyball skills, good training habits and, most of all, good character, so students do well on the court and in the rest of their lives.
Is it part of normal school classes?
Both. There are EVP subject options from junior through to senior school, plus extra training sessions outside class time that work on skills and fitness.
How is the P&C’s EVP committee different from the program?
The school runs the program. The EVP committee is a group of parents, part of the P&C, who support it: extra coaching, camps, the annual Sports Dinner, uniforms and equipment, paid for by barbeques and the sports hall kiosk.
How does my child join?
